I create web pages to be seo friendly as standard. There is every chance that your pages will rank well in the search engines without any additional seo. However search engine positions are prone to slide down, especially when competition is strong. As a general rule you can only be found under keyword search phrases if you have pages with the relevant content. The more focused a page is about the content you want to be found under the better the chance of getting a higher position in search engine results. Content is king in seo.
What I do
First I make sure that you have a page that is relevant to the keyword search phrases which you want to be found under. If not I will create a new page that focuses on your chosen keywords. I will then word and code the page to be as attractive to the search engines as possible under your keywords. I will also check out your competitors web pages for keywords, code and inbound links. This is a continual service all the time you pay me to keep you on page one.
What keywords search phrases would you like to be found under?
All I need to know are the keywords you want. You get up to six per page. For example a plasterer in Orpington has chosen the words Plasterer, Plasterers, Plastering, Services and Orpington for his homepage. These words were chosen because they were considered to be the most likely words that people were predicted to type into a search engine to find his homepage.

If he wants people to find him under his artexing services then a new page about his artexing services would be made with the associated keywords.
Why six keywords? It's all about focusing on a select group of keywords and telling the search engines clearly and in no uncertain terms exactly what your page is about and what words you want it to be found under. The more keywords added to a page the more ambiguous it becomes and less clear to the search engine as to exactly what your page is about. Having said that, other words and sentences within the page may also be picked up by the search engines and yield results depending on the search term used. But primarily the page is set up to be found using the main keywords.
